Cleaning Cancellation

Per your agreement when you scheduled the original cleaning, you have the right to cancel this cleaning anytime prior to 48 hours before the scheduled day of cleaning.

48-Hour Cancelation Policy:

If you need to cancel this cleaning, you can do so up to 48 business hours before your scheduled cleaning by calling us at (877) 736-0586. A scheduled job cannot be canceled via email. Please keep in mind failure to notify us within 48 hours will result in a $65 inconvience fee. The only exception to this rule is if the cleaning was requested and scheduled in the same day and the technician has not be dispatched to the job.  All cancellation requests must be made prior to a technician servicing your home.
